These wines tell a story that hasn't before been told. Tucked away in a small corner of the Heretaunga Plains in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand is a vineyard of Merlot, Malbec and Syrah vines, planted on the ancient bed of a river that's now meandering elsewhere. A unique and special place where the stony soils, warm sheltered land and dramatic environment conspire to produce red grapes that are sublimely ripe. World class Syrah and Merlot based blends with the potential for greatness.
