Wild Whites

Each of these jewels has a little bit of the wild about it. We took our cues from the environment and made these with a touch of abandon. We've tried some new and surprisingly good things, like creating a cool blend of Sauvignon Blanc lightly seasoned with some Viognier and Riesling. And our Rosé, a white wine masquerading as a pink wine, made from a blend of red grapes. At times we've even let the wild yeasts found in our vineyards and winery quietly but unreservedly shape the personality of the wine.
